SYNOPSIS

Life on planet Lurfstar was peaceful until an ominous
spaceship from planet Soki arrived.

Four friends (Leoh Liger, Wok-Ho Lion, Truthy Liger,
and Pebbee Redhound) were having tea when the mythical
"Temple of the Heroes" arose in their village of
Lurfomu Falls in response to the imminent danger from
the arrival of the alien spaceship.

The Temple shot out eight light beams in order to summon
the eight heroes, known as the Lurfstar Knights.
Four beams hit the four friends. It's up to the new heroes
to locate the remaining four heroes in order to
defend their home world.

ORIGINS

The characters of Lurfstar first appeared in my
imagination in 1980, when I was a child growing up
in the Pacific Northwest. Originally, the characters
were known as the Lhurphs. I used to tell their
stories to my younger sister and brother.
